License Compliance Agreement – KittiiCreations
Article 1 – Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to define the conditions for the use, modification, and resale of works, products, and creations originating from KittiiCreations or its collaborators.
Article 2 – Intellectual Property
All creations, products, and pendants made by KittiiCreations are protected by intellectual property law and registered under INPI license number 20253852.
Any reproduction, use, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of elements appearing on the original works without the prior written authorization of KittiiCreations or its partner groups is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 – Prohibition of Resale
Any purchase made from KittiiCreations is intended for personal use only.
Any resale, distribution, or commercial use of products, files, or elements derived from KittiiCreations’ creations without prior written consent may result in legal action in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code.
Article 4 – Modifications and Personal Use
Modifications made to a purchased creation may be accepted only if they are carried out or approved by KittiiCreations, and solely for strictly personal use.
No resale, even after modification, is permitted without written authorization.
Article 5 – Penalties
Any breach of the provisions of this agreement may give rise to legal proceedings for infringement of copyright, counterfeiting, or failure to comply with the licensing conditions.
